Kinoa is such a gem in Pererenan! They’ve been around since 2016 and it really shows in the quality and heart they put into everything. The food is clean and nourishing – from gluten-free bakes and sourdough to protein-packed bowls made with local ingredients. Loved their jamu and Coral’s Coffee too, so fresh and energizing. The whole place has such a warm vibe — women-owned, community-rooted, and you can feel it. Perfect spot if you’re looking for wholesome comfort food that actually makes you feel good. Definitely coming back!

Kinoa is such a cozy spot with a warm vibe The food is super fresh — I tried the fruit & granola bowl, and it was so refreshing and delicious! The iced matcha was also perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and very smooth Definitely a place I’d love to come back to, either for a healthy breakfast or just to chill with good drinks. Highly recommend!

Kinoa Bali is one of those timeless places that just feels good for the soul. Tucked away in Pererenan, it has this warm, welcoming energy that makes you feel cared for the moment you arrive. I always leave feeling nourished, balanced, and energized — it’s truly wellness in café form. Founded back in 2016, long before Pererenan became the wellness hotspot it is today, Kinoa has grown slowly and mindfully, and you can taste that dedication in every detail. The food is clean, wholesome, and protein-packed — perfect whether you’re post-workout, resetting, or simply craving something that feels good for your body. The gluten-free banana bread is a must-try (probably the best I’ve ever had!), and their artisan sourdough — made in small batches — is incredible. I also love their cold-pressed juices, jamu, and ginger brews when I need something refreshing, and Coral’s Coffee has become my go-to for the perfect espresso . What makes Kinoa even more special is that it’s women-owned and deeply rooted in the local community, created with so much heart and intention. It’s not just a café, it’s a space where wellness, flavor, and connection come together beautifully. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Bali — Kinoa is pure nourishment, inside and out

Bali’s OG wellness spot (est. 2016) . Loved the clean comfort food, from gluten-free bakes and sourdough to jamu and Coral’s Coffee, everything tastes amazing! The meals are nourishing, protein-packed, and made with fresh local ingredients.Plus, it’s women-owned, heart-grown, and locally rooted — you can really feel that energy in every detail.

A real gem for clean and conscious eating lovers! I visited Kinoa in Pererenan and was genuinely impressed. The focus here is on truly healthy food — not just trendy, but genuinely nourishing. I had an amazing chicken dish that tasted so clean and wholesome, I could feel it was real organic quality — and that means a lot to me. The ginger tea was another highlight — strong, spicy, just the way I love it. No holding back on the ginger, which is rare and much appreciated. The atmosphere is cozy and warm, more of a boutique-style café than a generic chain — and that’s exactly what I like. Even the tableware is pleasant and thoughtfully chosen. I came in the evening, so I missed the breakfast menu, but I’m definitely coming back for it. They bake their own gluten-free bread in-house, and the breakfast selection looks amazing — lots of toppings and options to build your own plate. It’s the kind of place where you not only want to come back yourself, but also bring friends. Can’t wait to try more from the menu!

One of Bali’s original wellness cafés! Fresh, clean comfort food, amazing gluten-free bakes and delicious sourdough. Loved the nourishing, protein-packed dishes made with local ingredients. Such a warm, women-owned spot definitely a favorite!
